Squire's Garden Centres is seeking an enthusiastic retail assistant in Frensham to help customers and support the Garden Centre Manager. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and identify customer needs while upholding store standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.

Rota: Every Tuesday and Thursday 09:00-18:00 with alternate weekends Saturday 09:00-1800 and Sunday 08:30-17:00

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:
• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
• Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
