Job summary

Squire's Garden Centres in Cobham is seeking a Seasonal Customer Assistant to provide professional support to our customers and help the business to succeed. You will work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to ensure a welcoming, well merchandised shopping environment during the peak season.

Seasonal work runs from 16 November 2026 to 24 December 2026 with weekend and weekday rosters. The role focuses on greeting customers, answering queries, identifying needs, and delivering high standards

• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
• Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
