Job summary

Squire's Garden Centres in the United Kingdom invites applications for a customer service role based at our garden centre. You will provide professional support to customers, greet shoppers and help them find what they need.

Working with the Garden Centre Manager, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience, handle queries politely and maintain store standards. Rota includes alternating weekends with specific Saturday and Sunday hours.

Rota: Alternate weekends Saturday 10:00-14:00 and Sunday 10:00-17:20

• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
• Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
