Fawkes & Reece is seeking a reliable Tiler to work in and around Barnsley on councils/social housing projects, tiling bathrooms and wetrooms in tenanted and void properties, with work starting on 21 September. The role is with a main contractor specialising in regeneration across Yorkshire, offering regular week-to-week work and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a tiler in residential or social housing settings.
• Social housing experience preferred.
• Must be able to provide 2 references if not previously with the agency.

Tiler required in and around Barnsley to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/social housing associations. This scheme is a kitchen and bathroom scheme, starting on the 21st September.

Our client is a main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions.

The Role

Main duties are tiling bathrooms and wetrooms in tenanted and void properties.

The total hours are 37.5 per week, 8am - 4:00pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.

• Street Parking
• Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes within the Yorkshire area
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
• Long term work

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tiler
• Social housing experience
• Own Tools
• Valid CSCS Card
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness or be willing to do the online course
• Own Transport
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
