Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to work on a social housing project across Barnsley. The role involves removing old bathroom suites and installing baths, shower trays, basins and toilets, plus tiling and occasional painting or plastering.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (40 hours per week). You must have own transport and tools, and be able to supply two checkable references if you haven’t worked with us before; street parking is available nearby.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Plumber/Bathroom Fitter.
• Ideally some social housing experience.
• Must have own transport and own tools.
• Must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with us before.

Responsibilities

• Ripping out old bathroom suites.
• Installing baths/shower trays - dependent on the property.
• Installing wash hand basins and toilet cisterns.
• Laying 3-4 courses of tiles.
• Ideally do bits painting and plastering.

It will include everything in a bathroom except floors and electrics. Please see below.

• Installing baths/shower trays - dependant on the property
• Installing wash hand basins and toilet cisterns
• Laying 3-4 courses of tiles
• Ideally do bits painting and plastering
