Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the Sheffield area requires a Finisher/Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to work on void properties for councils and housing associations. Duties include boxing in pipework, corking, painting, silicone joints, attaching skirtings, plaster-patching, easing doors and tile replacement.

Applicants should have social housing experience, own tools and a valid CSCS card, plus own transport. Additional requirements: UKATA asbestos awareness or willingness to take online course,

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finisher/Multi-Skilled Trades.
• Social housing experience.
• Own Tools.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Own Transport.
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness or be willing to take the online course.
• Must be willing to be clean shaven to be facefit tested.
• Provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.

Job description

Finisher required in and around Sheffield to work in void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. This scheme is a mixture of responsive repairs and kitchen and bathroom schemes.

The Client

Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Derbyshire regions.

The Role

Main duties are boxing in pipe work, corking, painting/decorating, silicone joints, attaching skirtings, plaster-patching, easing doors and replacing 2-3 tiles.

The total hours are 37.5 per week, 8am - 4:00pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 12 months work.

• Street Parking
• Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes within Derbyshire
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Must be wiling to be clean shaven to be facefit tested
