Job summary

Color Wow is seeking a commercially driven TikTok Shop Lead to define and deliver the brand’s TikTok Shop strategy. You will own the end-to-end trading ecosystem, including commercial planning, promotions, and platform optimisation, driving sustainable growth, ROI and market share.

You will partner with Content and Advocacy & Influence teams to build a content-to-commerce engine, optimise performance, and translate trends into actionable plans across creator and affiliate channels.

Qualifications

• Experience driving e-commerce growth on social marketplaces.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and GMV.
• Strong collaboration with Content, Advocacy & Influence, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Hands-on with paid media, content signals and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the TikTok Shop strategy and trading calendar.
• Own TikTok Shop P&L and forecasting with finance.
• Lead paid media strategy, ROAS planning and GMV targets.
• Oversee seller and affiliate operations, stock and fulfillment.
• Translate creator activity into commercial growth and affiliate priorities.
• Establish robust metrics and feed insights into future content planning.
