Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital agency environments, with 1–2+ years in direct team management.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling brand growth on TikTok Shop, including affiliate ecosystems and shop operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on scalable processes.
• Advanced analytical mindset; ability to translate marketplace metrics into revenue growth strategies.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes client negotiations and leadership alignment.

• Directly manage and scale a team of TikTok Shop Account Managers; oversee client delivery standards.
• Maintain high-level strategic ownership for a portfolio of flagship brand partners.
• Drive GMV growth and develop scalable playbooks for live shopping, affiliate outreach, content optimization, and ad spend.
• Act as a senior escalation point for client partners and present performance reviews to executives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creator Operations, and Marketplace teams to refine Pattern Creators’ capabilities.
