Responsibilities:
- Responsible for TikTok Shop merchant acquisition in EU regions, aiming to grow merchant lead pools and increase new merchant scale and quality.
- Build key business metrics and targets, lead short-term to long-term business planning, formulate innovative strategies and initiatives to reach out to sellers and onboard them to the platform.
- Understand EU markets, define the target lead pool, develop and manage lead strategies to cultivate new seller opportunities and improve market penetration.
- Work closely with the Product team and other cross-functional teams to optimise the merchant onboarding journey, build robust product features, ensure a smooth experience, and improve growth conversion funnels.
- Lead and develop a strong acquisition team to facilitate business growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, 5+ years experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or e-Commerce.
- Proficient in English, capable of speaking Mandarin with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence to define goals and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in a result-oriented environment involving external client interaction.
- Experience managing teams, with strong cross-team collaboration skills and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, and explain complex concepts simply.
- Quick learner, proactive, resilient, and able to cope well under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of the European e-Commerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation is a plus.
- Hands-on and grounded approach.
