Job summary

Tangle Teezer is seeking a Social Commerce Manager to launch and own our TikTok Shop presence. You will manage P&L, coordinate with paid media and creator partners, and shape a mobile-first storefront that converts social reach into revenue.

You will source creators, guide their creative direction, optimise assets, and feed data-driven insights to our in-house social team. A proactive self-starter who enjoys testing new formats will thrive.

Qualifications

• Direct knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate plans.
• Experience managing a digital retail budget or P&L.
• Experience running Spark Ads and scaling paid spend behind UGC.
• Background in sourcing creators and coaching talent.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and agency management experience.

Responsibilities

• P&L management and storefront trading on TikTok Shop.
• Set up Seller Center, inventory forecasting, promotions calendar.
• Develop mobile-first PDPs and shoppable videos to maximise conversion.
• Source creators, brief and coach for direct sales.
• Analyse creator content performance and provide feedback.
• Manage affiliate programs and long-term brand advocacy.
• Collaborate with paid media and whitelisting strategies.
• Deliver conversion insights to in-house organic social team.
