FOLQS, a fast-growing D2C supplement brand, seeks a Senior TikTok Shop Growth Manager to own and scale our TikTok Shop ecosystem end-to-end. You will ensure Seller Center health and compliance while driving affiliate, creator, and paid growth.

This is a 100% exclusive, full-time, long-term contractor role working directly with the founders. You will own channel strategy, implement AI-automated workflows, and deliver high-volume growth with data-driven analytics.

Formación

• Proven track record in growing and managing large-scale channels.
• Experience operating high-volume, cross-functional growth engines.
• Ability to execute end-to-end strategies with a hands-on approach.
• Strong technical understanding of platform compliance and operations.
• Comfort with AI-driven workflows and automation.
• Data-driven decision-making with clear accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel P&L and strategy for growth.
• Build and optimize affiliate and creator acquisition engines.
• Manage Seller Center health, compliance, and operations.
• Develop a high-converting UGC production pipeline.
• Lead paid scaling via Spark Ads and GMV Max.
• Implement AI-automated workflows for efficiency.
• Provide full-funnel analytics and insights.

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Senior TikTok Shop Growth Manager to own, scale, and manage our entire TikTok Shop ecosystem end-to-end — from Seller Center health and compliance to high-volume affiliate engines and paid growth.
