FOLQS seeks a hands-on Senior TikTok Shop Growth Manager to own the US shop ecosystem end-to-end. You’ll drive GMV targets, manage a high-volume creator and affiliate engine, and ensure Seller Center health and FTC compliance from day one.

Top candidates have 3–5+ years scaling TikTok Shop for US brands in wellness or beauty, with AI-enabled workflows and data-driven performance metrics at the core of decision-making.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop for US D2C brands (in-house or agency).
• Prior success in supplements, health, wellness, or beauty is mandatory.
• Ability to run high-volume creator outreach (100+ outreaches/month) with tracking workflows.
• Hands-on across TikTok Creator Marketplace, Seller Center, and affiliate tools.
• Comfort navigating TikTok policy/FTC guidelines and Seller Center health metrics.
• AI-driven daily integration to accelerate outreach and reporting.

• Identify and scale top-performing organic and affiliate content via Spark Ads/GMV Max.
• Leverage AI tools to automate creator sourcing, outreach, reporting, and briefs.

FOLQS is a fast-growing D2C supplement brand in the US market (colostrum + beef organs). TikTok is our next major growth channel. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Senior TikTok Shop Growth Manager to own, scale, and manage our entire TikTok Shop ecosystem end-to-end — from Seller Center health and compliance to high-volume affiliate engines and paid growth.

This is a 100% exclusive, full-time, long-term contractor role working directly with the founders.

What You’ll Own

• Channel P&L & Strategy: Lead the entire US TikTok Shop growth strategy, owning GMV targets, margin health, content testing roadmaps, and full channel profitability.
• Affiliate & Creator Acquisition Engine: Build and manage a high-volume affiliate engine (Open, Targeted, VIP programs). Execute end-to-end outreach, sampling logistics, onboarding, and long-term creator retention.
• Seller Center & Compliance Operations: Maintain total account health (Shop Performance Score, FFN/EPA compliance, dispute resolution, review management, and inventory syncing) to protect the account from bans or restrictions.
• High-Converting UGC Pipeline: Develop FTC-compliant creator briefs, hooks, and content angles specifically engineered to drive impulse purchases in the supplement/wellness niche.
• Paid Scaling (Spark Ads & GMV Max): Identify top-performing organic and affiliate videos, whitelist high-ROAS assets, and scale them via Spark Ads and GMV Max campaigns.
• AI-Automated Workflows: Leverage advanced AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, custom scripts) daily to automate creator sourcing, personalized outreach, performance reporting, and brief generation.
• Full-Funnel Analytics: Own channel metrics end-to-end — tracking GMV, ROAS, CAC, AOV, Creator ROI, and conversion rates rather than engagement/vanity metrics.

Who You Are

• Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop specifically for US D2C brands (in-house or top-tier agency). Prior success in supplements, health, wellness, or beauty is mandatory.
• Volume & Systems Operator: Proven ability to run high-volume creator outreach (100+ targeted personalized outreaches/month) with systematic sampling and tracking workflows.
• Full-Stack Execution: Hands-on expertise across TikTok Creator Marketplace, TikTok Seller Center, and affiliate management tools (Modash, Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, or similar).
• Technical & Compliance Savvy: Comfortable navigating TikTok's strict supplement policies, claim guidelines (FTC), and Seller Center health metrics.
• AI-First Mindset: Daily, advanced integration of AI tools into your operational workflows to maximize speed and output.
• Data-Driven & Accountable: You don't just manage tasks; you own metrics. You measure success purely in attributed sales and bottom-line growth.

Schedule & Conditions

• Format: 100% Exclusive, Dedicated Full-Time Remote Contractor Role.
• Shift: Guaranteed minimum 6-hour daily overlap with US Eastern Time (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET).
