Our Service Support Centre (SSC) delivers customer service to buyers, partners, and internal users. Within SSC, the Seller Partner Growth (SPG) team focuses on the future growth of selling partners. We are looking for a Service Category Manager responsible for the health and performance of selling partners in specific categories, leveraging outsourced and in-house resources effectively. You will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless experience for sellers and align their growth with OKR goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Selling Partner Growth: Ensure a seamless onboarding and usage experience for sellers, monitor operational health, and collaborate with outsourced resources to address risks and promote growth.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with Account Managers to design outreach strategies, improve seller performance, and ensure effective communication with selling partners.
  • Operational Performance: Address quality or compliance issues with outsourced agents, ensure high-quality support, and align training frameworks.
  • Processes & Improvement: Identify process gaps and opportunities, implement improvements, and resolve escalated issues within target service levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success roles.
  • Experience working with third-party agencies or partners.
  • Fluent in English and German; strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Commercial thinking and ownership mindset.
  • Project management experience.
