Job Description:

Governance and Experience is a global team aiming to build a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users and partners. We focus on user experience, policies, rules, products, and systems to ensure quality. We are seeking passionate talents to help us create an innovative, secure, and intuitive commerce ecosystem.

Our Service Support Centre (SSC), part of the GNE organization, provides customer service to buyers, partners, and internal users. Within SSC, the Seller Partner Growth (SPG) team focuses on the growth of selling partners. We are looking for a Service Category Manager responsible for the health and performance of selling partners within specific categories, leveraging both outsourced and in-house resources.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring a seamless onboarding and growth experience for selling partners.
  2. Monitoring operational health and performance of partners and addressing risks proactively.
  3. Collaborating with Account Managers to improve seller performance through targeted outreach.
  4. Managing communication and engagement with outsourced agents and partners.
  5. Promoting adherence to platform rules and conducting improvement sessions.

Additional duties involve managing outsourced operational performance, addressing quality or compliance issues, and ensuring outsourced teams understand processes to deliver quality support.

Process improvement responsibilities include identifying new opportunities to reduce violations, increase educational content visibility, and prevent escalations by refining workflows and collaboration.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Experience working with third-party agencies or partners.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with cross-cultural communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Commercial thinking and ownership mindset.
  • Project management experience.
