We are looking for a German speaking TikTok Shop Account Manager!

Who are we?

At Nonsensical, we’re building the future of social commerce across Europe.

We’re now looking for a German speaking and entrepreneurial TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead the performance, affiliate squad-building, and daily growth of TikTok Shop brands in the UK and Germany.

This is a cross-functional role that blends trading, client servicing, and creator strategy.

What will you be doing?

  1. Be the go-to point of contact for your clients in the UK and Germany, fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  2. Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and livestreams.
  3. Lead weekly performance calls, sharing insights and actions that genuinely move the needle.
  4. Own the trading calendar for each brand: product drops, campaign windows, seasonal moments.
  5. Identify and onboard TikTok affiliates who align with each brand’s audience and tone.
  6. Build and manage ‘affiliates squads’, reliable, high-performing affiliates who consistently drive GMV on TikTok Shop.
  7. Provide recommendations to optimise listings, pricing and performance for clients.
  8. Brief and coordinate live stream and affiliate activity to maximise conversion.
  9. Track, report, and optimise towards GMV, ROAS, CTR, AOV, and key platform metrics.
  10. Build and present performance reports with actionable insights that drive future decision-making.
  11. Stay up to date with platform updates, policies, and changes, translating them into clear guidance for clients.
  12. Constantly look for ways to improve the full funnel: content > traffic > conversion > retention.
  13. Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and paid media to drive integrated campaigns.

Who are we looking for?

  1. Fluent in both German and English (working across different territories).
  2. Demonstrable experience on TikTok Shop and paid media.
  3. Experience in account management, e-commerce trading, affiliate marketing, or creator management.
  4. Familiarity with retail calendars, product lifecycle, and social commerce incentives.
  5. Good understanding of paid media.
  6. Highly organised, able to juggle multiple clients and tasks.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
  8. Entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
