We are looking for a German speaking TikTok Shop Account Manager!

At Nonsensical, we’re building the future of social commerce across Europe.
We’re now looking for a German speaking and entrepreneurial TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead the performance, affiliate squad-building, and daily growth of TikTok Shop brands in the UK and Germany.
This is a cross-functional role that blends trading, client servicing, and creator strategy.
What will you be doing?
- Be the go-to point of contact for your clients in the UK and Germany, fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and livestreams.
- Lead weekly performance calls, sharing insights and actions that genuinely move the needle.
- Own the trading calendar for each brand: product drops, campaign windows, seasonal moments.
- Identify and onboard TikTok affiliates who align with each brand’s audience and tone.
- Build and manage ‘affiliates squads’, reliable, high-performing affiliates who consistently drive GMV on TikTok Shop.
- Provide recommendations to optimise listings, pricing and performance for clients.
- Brief and coordinate live stream and affiliate activity to maximise conversion.
- Track, report, and optimise towards GMV, ROAS, CTR, AOV, and key platform metrics.
- Build and present performance reports with actionable insights that drive future decision-making.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, policies, and changes, translating them into clear guidance for clients.
- Constantly look for ways to improve the full funnel: content > traffic > conversion > retention.
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and paid media to drive integrated campaigns.
Who are we looking for?
- Fluent in both German and English (working across different territories).
- Demonstrable experience on TikTok Shop and paid media.
- Experience in account management, e-commerce trading, affiliate marketing, or creator management.
- Familiarity with retail calendars, product lifecycle, and social commerce incentives.
- Good understanding of paid media.
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple clients and tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
