Job summary

Kin Collective Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a dedicated TikTok Live Presenter to host fashion livestreams from our Brentwood headquarters. The role focuses solely on live presenting, turning engagement into sales and representing the brand with energy and confidence.

You must be available early mornings, evenings and weekends, with the ability to travel to Brentwood and Stansted offices as needed. Prior fashion/retail live hosting is highly valued.

Job description

If you know how to hold an audience, build trust on camera and turn a TikTok Live into genuine sales, this role gives you the opportunity to make that your sole focus.

We're working with a fast-growing fashion brand that has built an engaged TikTok community of more than 195,000 followers. Following a full rebrand and continued growth through TikTok Shop, they are now looking for an experienced TikTok Live Presenter to join their team.

Please note: Previous experience hosting TikTok Lives is essential, alongside regular availability during early mornings, evenings and weekends.

The Role

This is a dedicated live-presenting position rather than a broader social media or content creation role. Your focus will be hosting TikTok Lives, connecting with the brand's audience and helping turn engagement into sales.

You will:

• Host engaging and commercially effective TikTok Shop livestreams

• Present fashion products confidently and naturally on camera

• Demonstrate products and communicate key details clearly

• Answer questions and respond to viewers in real time

• Build rapport with the brand's established online community

• Encourage interaction and maintain energy throughout each live

• Help maximise engagement and sales during the strongest trading periods

• Represent the personality and tone of the brand consistently

About You

You will also be:

• Confident, energetic and engaging in front of the camera

• Comfortable presenting independently for extended live sessions

• Able to think quickly and respond naturally to audience questions

• Commercially aware, with an understanding of how live content can generate sales

• Approachable and able to build rapport with an online audience

• Reliable and comfortable working a varied weekly schedule

• Regularly available during early mornings, evenings and weekends

• Able to travel reliably to both the Brentwood and Stansted offices

• Experience presenting within fashion, retail or ecommerce would be particularly valuable.

As TikTok requires LIVE hosts to be aged 18 or over, applicants must meet this minimum age requirement and hold a full, clean driver's license with their own car.

Location

The role is based in their Brentwood office full time on-site. As the livestreaming schedule includes early mornings, evenings and weekends, candidates will need to commute reliably during these hours. The Brentwood office is commutable from areas including Billericay, Basildon, Chelmsford, Wickford, Romford, Upminster, Hornchurch, Epping, Loughton and the surrounding areas.
