Keplin Group Ltd is seeking a confident TikTok Live Host / Content Creator to energise our live sessions from the Uxbridge office. You’ll host engaging Shop LIVE broadcasts, create and edit short-form content, and showcase products with clear demonstrations.

Collaborating with the social and content teams, you’ll plan schedules, respond to live questions, harness trends, and push sales through persuasive calls-to-action, while tracking performance data to improve engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in hosting live video or content creation.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Ability to edit short-form content using CapCut or similar tools.
• Sales-driven mindset with persuasive communication.

What you’ll be doing

• Host engaging, high-energy TikTok Shop LIVE sessions
• Create and edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Showcase products, demonstrate features, and answer live questions
• Drive sales through confident presentation and strong calls-to-action
• Manage product pins and time-limited flash sales throughout live broadcasts
• Keep a finger on the pulse of social media trends and jump on them fast
• Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm and plan content ideas
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage around the office
• Plan live schedules and talking points with our social and content teams
• Review live and content performance data, optimising for higher engagement and conversion
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, live commerce strategies, and competitor activity

What we’re looking for

• Confident, creative, and camera-friendly - comfortable hosting live and on-camera content
• A genuine TikTok and Instagram pro - you know the trends, the sounds, the vibes
• Comfortable using editing tools like CapCut, native editors, Instagram tools, or similar
• Sales-driven mindset with strong persuasion skills
• Solid understanding of TikTok and Seller Centre basics
• Organised, proactive, and buzzing with content ideas
• Energetic, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Open to students or those starting out - training can be provided for the right candidate
