Job summary

Syntech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a TIG Welder/Fabricator to join an established industrial manufacturer in Camberley. The role focuses on TIG welding stainless steel housings to engineering drawings, with some MIG welding, and developing build methods for bespoke designs.

You will enjoy a Monday–Thursday day pattern, Friday early finish, and a permanent, full-time role with no nights or weekends. Applicants must have proven TIG welding experience in stainless steel and the ability to read

Qualifications

• Proven experience TIG welding stainless steel.
• Hands-on experience in an engineering workshop.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Consistent, accurate weld quality with attention to detail.
• Technical mindset and quick to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating and welding stainless steel housings to drawings.
• TIG welding stainless steel, with some MIG welding.
• Check own work against quality standards before inspection.
• Develop build methods for bespoke housings.
• Improve manufacturing methods for standard housing range.
• Maintain workshop and production equipment.
