My client is looking for two experienced Stainless TIG Welders to join their team in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled fabricators who can weld and polish stainless steel to a high standard while working from technical drawings in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricating and welding stainless steel structures from detailed technical drawings.

* Performing high-quality TIG welds (fillet and butt).

* Polishing stainless steel components to a professional, clean finish.

* Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality at all times.

* Working collaboratively in a busy workshop setting.

Requirements:

* Experience with TIG welding stainless steel (fillet & butt welds).

* Skilled in stainless steel polishing – producing a clean, smooth finish.

* Ability to read and work from technical fabrication drawings.

* Experience in bespoke or structural steel fabrication.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

* Able to work independently and within a team.
