CV Technical Limited in Coventry is seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join our engineering and manufacturing team. You will read technical drawings and weld to high quality standards with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work from drawings, and commitment to safety. Desirable qualifications include coded welding and BS EN ISO 9606-1/9606-2, with emphasis on quality and lean practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' welding experience.
• Practical MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Relevant welding qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to health and safety.

£16 - £18 an hour

Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 15:30

We are recruiting for an experienced Welder to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder with MIG/TIG experience who can work from technical drawings and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.

The Role

• Carry out MIG/TIG welding to a high standard in line with technical specifications.
• Read, interpret and work from engineering drawings of varying complexity.
• Complete self-inspections to ensure work meets required quality standards before final inspection.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Work independently when required while contributing effectively to the wider team.

Requirements
