The postholder will coordinate event set-up, ticketing, reporting and settlements, build strong partner relationships, and deliver an efficient, responsive service.
Perth Theatre and Concert Hall (PTCH) is seeking an organised and customer-focused Ticketing Services Assistant (PBO) to join our Visitor Experience team - combining day-to-day ticketing with lead responsibility for the operation of Perthshire Box Office.
Working across PTCH, the role will provide excellent customer service while acting as the principal day-to-day contact for our PBO external partners. The postholder will coordinate event set-up, ticketing, reporting and settlements, building strong partner relationships and ensuring an efficient and responsive service.
The successful candidate will bring strong customer service, communication and organisational skills; confidence working with IT systems and excellent attention to detail. They will be a collaborative and proactive team member, comfortable balancing customer-facing work with partner relationships and administrative responsibilities.
