Perth & Kinross Council is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Executive and Strategic Leadership team. You will manage complex diaries, take minutes, arrange meetings, and prepare PowerPoint presentations while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Hybrid working is available, with office-based duties at Perth and occasional homeworking.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Finance and Business Support service to provide comprehensive and professional secretarial and administrative support to members of the Executive and Strategic Leadership team. Where required, the role will also support Elected Members and Civic Services.
We require an agile worker who is flexible, organised, enthusiastic, and confident in providing high quality secretarial and administrative support to Senior Council Officers and working as part of a wider business support team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside business support staff whilst being supported to manage and coordinate their own workload in a busy, vibrant and forward thinking Service.
Key responsibilities include:
You must be able to manage conflicting demands under pressure, sometimes within tight timescales. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. You will be someone who is keen to learn, develop your skills and knowledge and contribute to innovative ways of working.
The team follows a hybrid work structure, whilst predominantly office based this role provides the opportunity for you to work from home as well as working within an office environment alongside colleagues. Hybrid arrangements are reviewed often and are dependent on business and customer needs.
