Job summary

Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager Electrical for TIC projects in Lancashire. You will plan, coordinate and deliver electrical TIC work, leading a team of engineers to meet ISO standards and client requirements.

You’ll drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, manage budgets, and report progress to the Division Lead. This is a full-time role with substantial travel (75%) across projects, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong planning, budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans for TIC Electrical activities (timelines, resources, budget).
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery schedules.
• Lead and allocate resources across multiple TIC Electrical projects.
• Ensure ISO compliance and safety protocols across all projects.
• Maintain project data in CRM and HRIS and prepare senior leadership reports.
