Job summary

Simply Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee multiple electrical sites across the UK. The role involves planning, coordinating labour, plant and materials to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

You will manage costs and client requirements, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while supporting project teams on challenging infrastructure assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Site Manager with strong electrical background in heavy engineering/industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites, budgets and schedules.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sites from contract award through to completion and handover.
• Plan and coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, equipment and materials.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to client requirements.
• Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Support site teams and resolve technical or operational issues.
