Tandem Personnel is recruiting an Electrical Project Support Co-ordinator in Ipswich to support growing electrical infrastructure projects. The role reports to the Electrical Operations Manager and focuses on coordinating projects from award to handover, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget.

The successful candidate will have electrical industry experience, strong planning and organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence. A competitive salary and company benefits are on offer.

Formación

• Experience in electrical engineering or electrical installation.
• Experience in project coordination, planning or scheduling.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate LV switchgear replacement projects and electrical works.
• Plan and schedule labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.
• Prepare procurement schedules and manage long-lead equipment delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, site teams.
• Support electrical shutdowns and system changeovers.
• Manage project documentation (RAMS, programmes, records, O&M).
• Attend progress meetings and report updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and resolve scheduling, resource and delivery issues.
