Job summary

Ocean Infinity in Southampton seeks a Through Life Support (TLS) Manager to establish, lead and continuously improve the support capability for complex maritime, autonomous and remote systems throughout their operational lifecycle. This site-based role combines TLS strategy, ILS and maintenance engineering with customer support and lifecycle performance to maximise asset value.

Qualifications

• Experience in Through Life Support, Integrated Logistics Support, maintenance engineering, service delivery.
• Strong understanding of reliability, maintainability and availability principles.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain and commercial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the TLS strategy, establishing scalable support frameworks, policies and performance measures.
• Lead Integrated Logistics Support activities, including maintenance concepts, LORA, reliability planning and customer artefacts.
• Establish and manage technical support services, including incident management and post-delivery support.
• Define and optimise maintenance strategies, inspection regimes and asset health monitoring approaches.
• Develop spares strategies and provisioning plans, coordinating with Supply Chain to ensure availability of critical components.
• Own configuration and technical documentation processes, keeping baselines and publications up to date.
• Act as the primary customer interface for support activities, handling reviews and KPIs.
• Establish governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement using service performance data.
