Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee operations across three sites in Poole. You will coordinate with operations managers and ESG leadership to ensure safe, efficient facilities management and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

The role includes leading maintenance programs, managing budgets, and driving cost-saving initiatives while delivering a high standard of service for site operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management.
• Practical trade skills in plumbing/electronics/carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a preventive maintenance schedule is in place and followed.
• Oversee maintenance of all plant equipment across three sites.
• Manage safety culture data and contractor register for accuracy.
• Source and manage contractors and suppliers for repairs and maintenance.
• Lead new projects and modifications to facilities.
• Handle purchase orders and verify invoices for payment.
