Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Manager in Poole to oversee three sites and drive operational improvements. You will implement PPM programmes, manage approved contractors, and keep budgets under control.

You will lead day-to-day facilities operations, ensure health and safety compliance and drive capital investment initiatives. The role offers a modern open-plan office and a proactive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities operations.
• Strong track record in contractor and supplier management.
• Sound understanding of facilities compliance and statutory requirements (ISO 14001).
• Experience managing maintenance programmes and facilities budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of facilities across three operational sites.
• Develop and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes.
• Manage the approved contractor process, ensuring competence, compliance and value for money.
• Drive facilities improvement projects and capital investment initiatives.
• Prepare and manage facilities budgets, forecasts and planned investment.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
