Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a skilled Technical Support specialist to work with customers and partners after purchase, addressing complex issues with in-depth analysis and clear communication.

You will participate in technical discussions with engineering and other teams, publish knowledge articles, and develop into a Threat Subject Matter Expert while helping customers keep their environments secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in firewall/threat prevention or networking.
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to customers & partners by phone and email in Japanese and English.
• Assist customers in resolving issues quickly to boost satisfaction.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs.
• Troubleshoot complex problems using best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer problems.
• Publish Knowledge Base articles and contribute to customer-facing forums and documentation.
• Develop into a Threat Subject Matter Expert and provide guidance to team members.
