Job summary

Weatherbys Ltd in Wellingborough is seeking an Operational Quality professional to support supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment and governance across Weatherbys Bank. This hybrid role (three days onsite per week) offers variety and the chance to influence third-party risk management. You will work with colleagues across the business to ensure risks are understood, documented and managed effectively, with a salary range of £51,000 to £56,000.

Qualifications

• Experience of supplier due diligence, onboarding, monitoring or risk assessment.
• Experience within financial services or regulated sector.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to escalate issues when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating supplier onboarding, reviews and renewals.
• Reviewing due diligence information and identifying gaps or exceptions.
• Supporting supplier risk assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Maintaining accurate supplier records, evidence and action logs.
• Preparing information for governance and reporting.
• Improving third-party risk processes, controls and documentation.
