Weatherbys Banking Group in Wellingborough is seeking a Third Party Risk and Resilience Specialist. The role is hybrid (3 days on site) with a salary of £51,000–£56,000 per year. You will contribute to onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment and governance across the organisation.
You will work with the Operational Quality team to ensure third-party risks are understood, documented and managed effectively, while maintaining accurate records and logging actions for governance reviews.

You’ll join our Operational Quality team, supporting supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and governance across Weatherbys Bank. Working with colleagues throughout the business, you’ll help make sure third-party risks are understood, documented and managed effectively.
You’ll need practical experience in supplier assurance, third-party risk, supplier governance, procurement risk or outsourcing. You’ll also bring:
