The role focuses on engaging third parties, promoting intervention services, and maximizing claim conversion opportunities with strong negotiation and customer service skills.

You will cover end‑to‑end claim progression from initial contact to resolution, ensuring timely actions, diary management, and robust cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a sales, customer service, claims or target‑driven environment.
• Understanding of claim lifecycle management and the importance of timely claim progression.
• Awareness of indemnity control, claims leakage and cost mitigation principles.
• Experience of influencing customer decisions and handling objections effectively.

Responsibilities

• You’ll proactively progress claims from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring timely actions are completed.
• You’ll manage claim lifecycles effectively, maintaining ownership and diary management.
• You’ll identify opportunities to mitigate indemnity spend through effective management of repairs, mobility services and claim outcomes.
• You’ll control hire, repair and associated third‑party costs, challenging unnecessary expenditure.
• You’ll drive claim progression through proactive engagement with suppliers, insurers and customers to minimise duration and leakage.
