Job summary

First Central is seeking a proactive Third Party Intervention Advisor to join the Claims Ownership team in Salford Quays, Manchester. You will engage third parties, promote our intervention service and drive claim progression with a focus on cost control and excellent customer service.

You’ll train full-time for 7 weeks in the office, then move to a hybrid pattern of 3 days at home and 2 in the office, with flexibility to work more from the office if preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a sales, customer service, claims or target-driven environment.
• Understanding of claim lifecycle management and timely progression is preferred.
• Awareness of indemnity spend and cost mitigation principles.

Responsibilities

• Utilise consultative sales techniques to maximise intervention capture.
• Identify customer needs and tailor conversations to achieve positive outcomes.
• Progress claims from initial contact through to resolution with timely actions.
• Manage claim lifecycles including diary management and progression.
• Mitigate indemnity spend through repairs, mobility services and outcomes.
• Drive claim progression through negotiation with suppliers, insurers, and customers.
