Successful candidates will arrange for vehicle repairs and coordinate replacement vehicles or cash alternatives as part of the claims handling process. This role requires strong communication and coordination across the claims lifecycle.

As a Third-Party Capture Motor Claims Handler, your purpose will be to contact Claimants who have been involved in an accident with our policyholder and convert them in to accepting our services to deal with their vehicle damage claim, as well as any replacement vehicle needs. If they accept our offer, you will be responsible for arranging their vehicle damage to be dealt with, as well as instructing for a replacement vehicle to be supplied and/or offering cash alternatives.
