Job summary

Co-Operative Energy Ltd is seeking a Third in Charge for our Co-op Little Pioneers nursery in Oxford. You will report to the Nursery Manager and collaborate with the Quality Excellence team to deliver outstanding results.

The role requires a Level 3 EYFS qualification, at least 2 years’ Early Years experience, and a passion for child development. Benefits include generous staff discounts, extended annual leave, health and wellbeing programmes, full training, and enhanced family leave.

• Minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years, preferably level 4 or above and at least 2 years Early Years’ experience.

• Have excellent listening, communication and customer service skills.
• Have an Enhanced DBS check

You don’t have to be a superhero, but it helps! As Third in Charge, you will work and report directly to the Nursery Manager and work in unity with the Quality Excellence team to achieve all-round outstanding results.
We are looking for a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Early Years provider. Your Co-op Little Pioneers is run with a different ethos to other nurseries. Who are we looking for?
