Job summary

Your Coop is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team. You will work with the Nursery Manager to ensure high-quality care and early education, driving engagement and compliance so that our children, families and colleagues feel valued.

You will lead with enthusiasm, deliver first-class experiences, and contribute to the nursery’s commercial success while promoting a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification Level 3 or above and minimum 2 years Early Years’ experience (essential)
• Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
• Exceptional ability and desire to lead delivery of first-class child, colleague and parent experiences
• Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children

What will the role involve?

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager team to ensure compliance, team engagement and outstanding results. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care and high-quality early education, ensuring that performance standards are consistently achieved.
