Job summary

Co-op Childcare’s Co-op Little Pioneers in Oxford is seeking a Third in Charge to support the Nursery Manager and work with the Quality Excellence team to drive outstanding results. You will hold at least a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4+ preferred), have 2 years Early Years experience, and a current Enhanced DBS.

Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to nurture children and engage families.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification; Level 4+ preferred.
• Knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursery Manager and work with the Quality Excellence team to drive outstanding results.
• Deliver child-centered education in line with EYFS.
• Ensure safeguarding, high standards of care and effective communication with families.

Who are we looking for?

• You’ll need a minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years, preferably level 4 or above and at least 2 years Early Years’ experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework.
• Inspiringand passionate about Early Years and working with children
• Have excellent listening, communicationand customer service skills
• Have an Enhanced DBS check
