Co-op Childcare's Little Pioneers nurseries are seeking an Early Years Assistant. The role supports learning and development in the room, helping children discover through play and care with warmth and enthusiasm.

You don't need formal qualifications to start; we welcome open, honest and caring individuals. You will work with a supportive team, follow safeguarding and EYFS practices, and gain valuable training and development opportunities.

What will the role involve?

• As an Early Years Assistant, you will work in unity to achieve all-round outstanding results in the room, and for children.
• You will support the education and development of your key children, providing opportunities for learning through exciting play that sparks curiosity.
• As a key part of the team, you will be committed to delivering high-quality care and early education, bringing buckets of passion and enthusiasm
