Job summary

Bright Horizons Haslemere is seeking a Third in Charge at our Haslemere Day Nursery to lead and mentor a team, promote child welfare, health and safeguarding, and liaise with parents and professionals as needed.

We offer a salary of £30,754.90–£38,368.70 per year, a £2,000 welcome bonus, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a 50% childcare discount for the first child, pension and wellbeing benefits. This role requires Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification; DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Third in Charge or Room Leader.
• Confident decision maker with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

• Promote child welfare, health and safeguarding and maintain partnerships with parents.

You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
