Job summary

Priory Hospital Altrincham is seeking a Bank Therapy Services Administrator to join the Site Support team. This role supports the smooth running of the hospital and the wellbeing of patients by handling admin tasks, mail, calls, and funding coordination.

You will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment, with training provided and opportunities for career progression within Priory Hospital Altrincham's mental health services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administrative role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and telephone handling experience.
• Ability to prioritise and manage incoming tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and directing queries to the right departments.
• Redirecting and handling mail.
• Ensure guest security paperwork where required.
• Complete administration duties as needed.
• Liaises with unit personnel to secure funding prior to patients' treatment and coordinate funding guarantees.
