Priory Hospital Altrincham is seeking a Therapy Assistant to join on a bank basis at Priory Hospital Altrincham. The role offers a pay rate of £12.71 per hour for on-site duties in a mental health setting.

You will support senior staff with care and therapy planning, assist with therapeutic activities, help orient new clients and maintain accurate records while contributing to service development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a relevant healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Support senior staff with care and therapy planning, including assisting with tests, exercises, examinations and therapeutic activities under appropriate supervision.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of group and one-to-one occupational, therapeutic and recreational activities, observing and reporting client responses to the relevant clinician.
• Support the reception, orientation and induction of new clients, ensuring they feel comfortable, understand the environment and are aware of emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and information systems, contribute to audits and research, and support regional management and the Therapy Lead in developing services, improving quality and meeting service objectives.
