Job summary

Seaham Hall in County Durham is seeking Spa Therapists qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent. You will provide exceptional guest care and deliver 5-star treatments, while working as part of a large, fast-paced team to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

We offer full training with TempleSpa & ishga, a share of the monthly service charge based on hours, retail commission, progression opportunities, charity involvement, wellness programme, staff discounts, pension, and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer care and attention to detail to uphold 5* standards.
• Be a team player and maintain high presentation and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care and deliver 5-star treatments to guests.
• Recommend and sell retail products to guests as appropriate.

Job description

Role: Spa Therapist
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: £13.75 per hour plus share of service charge (approx. £2k per annum for full time employees) and retail commission structure
Hours: 0 - 40 hours (full-time or part-time available), shift pattern will include a variety of shifts between 10am - 8pm including weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: Reports to General Manager, Spa Manager, Treatment Manager & Spa supervisor
