Job summary

Seaham Hall in County Durham is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our luxury resort team. The role requires NVQ level 3 or equivalent and a passion for delivering 5-star guest experiences, with shifts between 10am and 8pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will provide exceptional customer care, recommend treatments, and work closely with a large team in a fast-paced environment, supported by a comprehensive benefits program and product training with TempleSpa & ishga.

Role: Spa Therapist Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham Resort information: https://www.seaham-hall.co.uk/ Salary: £13.75 per hour plus share of service charge (approx. £2k per annum for full time employees) and retail commission structure Hours: 0 - 40 hours (full-time or part-time available), shift pattern will include a variety of shifts between 10am – 8pm including weekends & bank holidays.Relationships: Reports to General Manager, Spa Manager, Treatment Manager & Spa supervisor

We are looking to expand our team and are searching for Spa Therapists who are qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, As a Spa Therapist you are responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer care and attention to all guests and delivering 5* treatments and recommendation’s to every client, whilst working together in a large team in a fast paced environment.
