As a Spa Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-class service and delivering a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages, and nail treatments.
• Maximising treatment and retail sales to meet targets and KPIs.
• Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.

Our Premier Therapist Journey offers a natural progression from Senior Therapists, training in highly skilled treatments and caring for our VIP guests.

Our team of in-house trainers is dedicated to guiding therapists to unlock their full potential, refining skills, conducting consultations, providing homecare advice, and promoting self-care.

Candidates are required to hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, with massage experience essential.
