Some duties and responsibilities include:

• Carrying out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring treatment times are adhered to.
• Following Champneys protocols and training programmes to offer the best service to our guests.
• Having thorough knowledge of the Club & Spa and Hotel facilities and rules, advising customers accordingly.
• Being responsible for your working areas, ensuring equipment is operational and clean, and reporting any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty.
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
• Attending any necessary training courses for your therapist grade to offer all treatments expected of a senior therapist.
• Communicating positively and constructively with the manager and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments and any changes, including shift adjustments.
• Keeping up to date with developments in product ranges and new treatments.
• Providing professional advice to guests through talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote treatments.
• Delivering exceptional client care to create memorable treatment experiences.
• Maximizing revenue opportunities in line with targets and seeking support or training when needed.
• Recommending suitable homecare to help guests maintain results at home.
• Mentoring junior therapists by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Offering skin consultations and full home care prescriptions to premier guests.
• Weekend working on a rota basis.
