• Be yourself!
• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Follow departmental SOPs, especially regarding Health and Safety standards during treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in treatment rooms, meeting 5* guest expectations.
• Have good knowledge of treatments, services, prices, and seasonal promotions.
• Liaise with the Spa Manager and Head Therapist on sales targets and record daily sales accurately.
• Stay informed about current spa trends, treatments, and products.
