Job summary

Therapeutic Support Worker role with a nationwide organisation offering bespoke therapeutic care for young people who have experienced trauma. The starting salary is £28,000 and the position is based in a role that includes shift work, overnight sleep-ins and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Experience within SEN schools, youth work, community services, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice or children's homes.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and overnight stays.
