Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Therapeutic Support Worker in Tiverton, England. The role offers a fully funded, industry accredited training programme with excellent progression into management through Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications in residential childcare.

The position includes shift work (mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts) with a starting salary of £31,000–£32,000 per annum and a full-time contract of 37 hours. A driving license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (desirable as full training provided)
• Helping children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs
• Display yourself as an appropriate role model
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience
• Encourage positive life experiences for the children
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others
• Driving Licence (full) and own vehicle
