Charles Hunter Associates is supporting a national care group to recruit a Therapeutic Residential Worker in Hull. The role involves shift work, including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with full training provided to support progression into management.

The position offers a fully funded training programme and strong development opportunities within residential childcare, plus a competitive starting salary and benefits package.

• Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (desirable as full training provided)
• Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.
• Display yourself as an appropriate role model

• Encourage positive life experiences for the children
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others
• Driving License (full) and own vehicle
