Qualifications

• Experience in residential children's homes, Learning Disability services, schools or SEN settings, youth work, with young people, in custodial or young offenders' services.
• Degree in psychology, sociology or a relevant subject.

We are looking to hire permanent Therapeutic Support Workers in a residential Learning and Physical Disabilities children's home in Dartington. This home supports children and young people with learning and physical disabilities, providing a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential.
